Darren can assess and write a program to suit your goals. Working from home? Darren will come to your house or a local park. One-on-One sessions a great, however we can also train your partner at the same time.
All equipment is supplied like adjustable dumbbells, TRX, bands etc. Personal Training is about being personal, if you have previous injuries or limitations of any kind Darren has the unique skillset to work around those to still offer a great session towards your goal.
After initial assessment, the sessions consist of "Movement Prep" which is a thorough and specialized warm-up, followed by a fun and exciting but challenging workout depending on your goal.
