NUTRITION
Nutrition is and always will be the back bone of good health and performance. With so much information on the internet it is sometimes very confusing and difficult to know what is good nutrition. I believe that all diets will work, but at the same time all diets may not work. Everyone is different, and so has to be the approach. There are a few key rules that we should all adhere to, things like correct amount of protein for your goal, enough fibre in your diet for gut health, your ideal calorie intake depending on your goals.
People like to focus on the minor things too much and disregard the majors.
As a Sports Nutrition Advisor I do have the same qualification as a Qualified Sports Nutritionist. However any client that is deemed high risk will need to be referred to a Dietician or GP for further assessment prior to consults.
