Personal Training

Active HUMAN currently has a franchised personal training business that works out of the Platinum Fitness First on Market St Sydney. We have been working there since 2006.

Personal Training – one on one

Your goal is our goal” is our motto. You tell us what kind of goals you desire and we can help you to achieve them in the most efficient way. We have a range of specialties;

– Structural Balance (for beginners – idea is to train each body part to be in proportion of the rest of the body. This will aid in body mechanics and reduce tension and improve postural issues)

– Pre and Post Rehabilitation (If you have just had an injury or you know of surgery coming up, its important to train the muscles effectively with out causing more damage to the area)

– Strength and Conditioning (This is done after structural balance. generally this is to improve muscle strength and change body composition)

– Fitness (challenging ones fitness can be hard when your by yourself. We motivate you and push you past your limits to achieve faster results, whist avoiding injuries.)

– Nutrition (We offer advice based on the latest research to help you either change your body fat ratio or help build a healthier body.)

Small Groups – Inside the Gym

Inside the Fitness First, we offer small group training of up to 4 people at a time. This is great if you have a few friends or a partner that has similar goals as you. Firstly you can train with a friend to help keep you motivated, you can have fun whilst training hard, and lastly the cost of session can be divided among you and your friends.

Larger Groups Outside the Gym

Whether you call it Bootcamp, Outdoor circuit, or Outdoor Boxing Class. The concept is the same. Either a group of friends or a group of colleagues from work get together in the park and we train hard together. Challenging each other to push our limits and change our futures. We currently have private groups around the city, from observatory hill in the Rocks, or to the hill in Alexandria Park. From time to time we put on a public group where everyone comes as strangers but train together and leave as friends. Types of classes that can be offered are;

– Bootcamps (this is generally the hardest of the classes which involve, hill sprints, kettle bells, boxing equip)

– Boxing (This is generally only using boxing gloves and mitts, and kick shields)

– Circuit (This could be anything goes, usually using a lot of body weight exercises)

Prices depend on how big the class is and if its private or public.
